• Please be sure to allow sufficient time prior to your treatment to allow for any consultations required.  ​

• All treatment times given include preparation and relaxation times and are approximate.

• Some of the treatments we offer are not suitable for clients with certain medical ailments and conditions. We request that you make these known at the time of booking and where appropriate have a Doctor's note with you.

• Gift vouchers are available to purchase in the salon or over the phone. They are valid for 6 month from purchase date ( 3 months if bought on promotion). Where possible gift vouchers purchased over the value of £30.00 are supplied  along with some sample products.

• We accept Cash and all major credit cards

• A 24 hour cancellation policy applies- 50% will be charged if cancelling within this period or for any no shows. 

​
